I had my first massage last week and Shawn was skilled at navigating my neck pain. The pressure and skill he applied along cervical vertebrae has had lasting effects. I hope to go often.

We gifted a massage to our dear friend who's old work injuries are all catching up with him and sadly affecting his daily life and joy. He'd never had a massage before and although open to it, was a little scared at the same time. I checked in with him the next day and he said he felt like a new person!
